Personalization of your ticket(s) is obligatory. You must personalize all tickets before Love Tomorrow Summit in order to: enter the Summit, pre-order Pearls (and get Bonus Pearls), participate in the matchmaking via the app, and much more.
How to Personalize your Tickets
After your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation mail from our ticketing partner Paylogic / Eventim. In this email, click on ‘Personalize now’. This button takes you to the Tomorrowland account environment.
- You don’t have a Tomorrowland account You’ll need to sign up for a Tomorrowland account using the email address with which you ordered your tickets. Click on ‘Don’t have an account yet?’ to create one.
- You have a Tomorrowland account Login using your email address and password, or click ‘Forgot your password?’.
Once you’re signed in, click ‘Tickets’ in the menu on the left hand side. Personalize your own ticket by adding your personal details. If you’ve also bought tickets for other people, assign each ticket to the correct person by filling in their email address. They will receive an email to personalize their own ticket.
Parking vouchers must also be personalized.
After all your tickets are personalized, you can download them in your account.

Personalization of your ticket(s) for Love Tomorrow Summit is obligated.
- Essential for Entry: Having your ticket in your name is crucial. The name on your ticket must match the name on your ID to ensure smooth entry.
- Multiple Tickets: If you bought multiple tickets, personalize them by filling in the correct details for each ticket holder. This ensures everyone in your group can enjoy the full event experience without any issues.
- Pre-ordering Pearls: once your ticket is personalized, you’ll receive the PDF ticket that you can top up with Pearls before the Summit. Top up before 16 July and receive Bonus Pearls.
- Event App Access: Personalizing your ticket gives you access to the event app for matchmaking and much more.
- Prevent Unauthorized Reselling: Personalization helps to prevent unauthorized reselling of tickets, ensuring a fair experience for all attendees.
