Pearl refunds & receipts

Find out how to request a refund for your remaining Pearls after the event, as well as a receipt for your purchases.

REFUND PROCEDURE - AVAILABLE 27 JULY 2026

Unspent Pearls can be refunded by requesting a manual refund, according to the terms and conditions. Automatic refunds are not available for Love Tomorrow Summit.

Important

  • Refund requests open on 27 July 2026 at 14:00 CEST.
  • A 2 Pearl refund fee applies.
  • Bonus Pearls and bike Pearls are not refundable and cannot be used to pay the refund fee.

WHICH SCENARIO APPLIES TO YOU?

Scenario 1 – Ticket already linked You purchased Pearls before the Summit, so your ticket is already linked in My Bracelet.

Scenario 2 – Ticket not yet linked You did not purchase Pearls before the Summit and must request your refund using the QR code or the 6-letter ID on your bracelet.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Scenario 1

  1. Log in to your Tomorrowland Account and open My Bracelet.
  1. Click Cashless Refund.
  1. Complete the refund form.

Scenario 2

  1. Scan the QR code on your bracelet (or click here) and enter the 6-letter ID.
  1. Create an account.
  1. Click Refund and complete the refund form.

Refund Method

  • SEPA Refund: for bank accounts located in a SEPA country.
  • PayPal Refund: for bank accounts outside the SEPA area.

DEADLINE

The refund form will be available from Monday 27 July 2026 at 14:00 CEST until 13 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST.

After 13 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST, it is no longer possible to request a refund.

Refunds will be processed starting Monday, August 17, 2026. You can expect your refund to be visible in your account within 6 weeks after this date.

Please make sure all submitted information is correct. Love Tomorrow cannot be held responsible for incorrect refund details.

 

Downloading a receipt/invoice

You cannot download an invoice for the purchased Pearls in advance, since they’ve not been spent yet. During or after the event, you can download an receipt/invoice for your consumptions by going to your Tomorrowland account under ‘My Bracelet’. In refund widget, click the button ‘Generate invoice’.

 

Checking your balance

You can check your balance under ‘My Bracelet’ in your Tomorrowland account.
