Once your profile is live, you can start finding people and booking meetings.
Before you start
Matchmaking is only available to ticket holders. Access opens once the ticket is personalised, meaning the name and email that will be used to log into the app. Without a personalised ticket, the app will not recognise the account and matchmaking stays out of reach.
Finding the right people
- Use the filters: search by intent, industry, role or company.
- Send requests early. The best slots and the most active users fill up in the days before the event.
- Personalise each request. A one-line note on why the meeting is worth it lifts the acceptance rate.
On the day
- Meetings happen at numbered tables in the networking area.
- The app sends a reminder five minutes before each meeting.
- Accept or decline pending requests in the morning so your calendar stays clean.
- Leave gaps. Some of the best meetings are the ones suggested to you mid-day.
