Refunds
Unspent Pearls can be refunded by requesting a manual refund, according to the terms and conditions. A standard 2 Pearl refund fee applies per refund. The refund period starts on Monday, 27 July 2026 at 14:00 CEST and ends on Thursday, 13 August 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Manual refund for all top-ups
For Love Tomorrow Summit, you must fill out a manual refund form for all top-ups (including pre-top-ups and on-site top-ups), which will be available starting Monday 27 July 2026 until Thursday 13 August 2026. A 2 Pearl refund fee applies. Bonus Pearls cannot be used as refund fee. If you don’t have a cashless account yet, you must create one using the 6-letter ID on your wristband.
Please note that you are responsible for providing Love Tomorrow with the correct information.
Automatic refunds are not available for Love Tomorrow Summit.
How to request a manual refund?
Go to your Tomorrowland Account under the tab "My Bracelet" and click "Cashless Refund" to apply for a manual refund for your unspent Pearls.
Manual refund form availability
The form will be available from Monday 27 July 2026 at 14:00 CEST until 13 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST.
After 13 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST, it is no longer possible to request a refund.
Refund schedule
Manual Refund Process starting date: Monday, August 17, 2026. You can expect your refund to be visible in your account within 6 weeks after this date.

Downloading a receipt/invoice
You cannot download an invoice for the purchased Pearls in advance, since they’ve not been spent yet. During or after the event, you can download an receipt/invoice for your consumptions by going to the top-up widget above. In your account, click the button ‘Generate invoice’.
Checking your balance
You can check your balance under ‘My Bracelet’ in your Tomorrowland account.
